All Training Sites, TCFs, and AHA Instructors are required to report and finalize all American Heart Association courses within 3 calendar days after each course into Enrollware.

- AHA Skill Sheet(s)
- Participant Written Exam Answer Sheet (if applicable)
- Participant Online Completion Certificate (if applicable)
NOTE: Participant Surveys are not required to be uploaded.
