REQUIREMENT:
All eCards must be issued to the participants email within 4 calendar days after the course.
NOTE: If an Instructor has issued the incorrect eCard, notify the Training Center (TC) immediately and leave a message if no answer 24/7/365.

STEP 1: Log-On to AHA Instructor Network (IN)
STEP 2: Click eCards (left side on Dashboard)
STEP 3: Select Manage eCards dropdown menu (mid-top page)
STEP 4: Click Search eCards to: Edit & Re-Send eCards
